The V2 Intermediate Powerlifting Program embodies years of refined expertise since the release of my last intermediate-level plan. Deeply influenced by my personal training approach, it offers an authentic experience that allows you to train in a manner similar to how I do. This 12-week program is structured into four three-week blocks, with five training days per week. It features a 2/3/2 frequency for squat, bench press, and deadlift, complemented by a peaking phase designed to optimise performance testing. Additionally, the program includes customisable squat, bench, and deadlift variations alongside accessory exercises, providing a comprehensive and adaptable training framework.
