I assume you're here because you're ready to take your training seriously. This is my background. I've been training for 9 years, so since I was 15. Fitness, specifically powerlifting is my life now as full time coach and athlete. I have been powerlifting coaching for 3 years and powerlifting for 5. Working 1-1 with over 150 lifters and thousands have seen success from my programs. I became the 93kg JR British Champion in 2021. My current PRs are 310kg Squat, 182.5kg Bench and 325kg Deadlift.
